1) Vennic Limited and/or its subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies (collectively referred to as the "Group Companies", "we", "our", or "us"), collect personal data through the mobile application of TamJai SamGor (the "Application") for the following purposes:

(i) to handle your orders and process the related payments;

(ii) to handle your requests and inquiries in relation to the provision of our products and services;

(iii) to implement and manage the customer loyalty programme known as "SamGor Spicy Club" (the "Membership Programme");

(iv) to provide for (and make all necessary arrangements in relation to) the distribution of awards and benefits under the Membership Programme;

(v) to analyze, improve and enhance your experience on the Application;

(vi) to customize your profile;

(vii) to assess and further develop the Application and/or its content;

(viii) to verify your identity;

(ix) to notify you of the redemption of gifts/coupons, and relevant arrangements for the redemption;

(x) subject to your consent to undertake direct marketing activities, for instance, by providing you with our latest news update on our products, services, promotional events, or other marketing materials or information as and when sent out by us (if any);

(xi) to undertake research and statistical analysis;

(xii) to comply with the obligations, requirements or arrangements for disclosing and using Personal Data that apply to us or that it is expected to comply pursuant to:-

(a) the requirements of any law or order issued by any legal, regulatory, governmental, tax, law enforcement or other authorities, or industry bodies or associations existing currently and in future with which we are expected to comply; and/or

(b) any law binding and applicable to us, whether within or outside Hong Kong existing currently and/or in future; and

(xiii) for any other purposes as specified at the time of collection of your Personal Data.

We will obtain your consent before using personal data collected herein for any purpose(s) other than those described under this Statement.

2) If you would like to participate in the Membership Programme and fully enjoy the relevant rewards, benefits and activities, you will need to provide sufficient and accurate personal data, which may include: (i) your full name; (ii) telephone number; (iii) gender, (iv) month of birth, (v) year of birth, etc. Certain types of personal data have already been labelled as optional and the non-disclosure of such optional personal data will not affect your registration to join the Membership Programme. However, should you choose to disclose the aforesaid optional personal data (at any time during or after registration), you will be able to access additional rewards, benefits and activities under the Membership Programme. Should there be any changes or updates to the personal data you provided, please update the same in the Application yourself promptly, save and except for month and year of birth, which cannot be changed once confirmed. The Group Companies shall not be responsible for any consequences caused by the inaccuracy of any personal data provided.

3) In relation to certain functionalities on this Application, we would request your permission to collect, use and/or access certain features and/or information on your mobile device to enable you to access certain features, including:

(i) the camera or photo album on your mobile;

(ii) the files on your mobile device;

(iii) the microphone of your mobile device;

(iv) the push notification service of your mobile device;

(v) the location information of your mobile device.

You can choose not to permit the Application to collect, use and/or access the aforementioned features and/or information by changing the settings but if you do so you may find that certain features of the Application cannot work properly.

4) The personal data you provide may be transferred and/or shared amongst the following classes of entities (collectively "Data Processors"):

(a) companies belonging to the Group Companies;

(b) marketing and public relations agencies as may be appointed by the Group Companies from time to time;

(c) manufacturers and/or service providers which products and/or services are awarded under the Membership Programme as may be determined by the Group Companies from time to time; and/or

(d) landlords and/or managers of the shopping mall or premises at which TamJai SamGor shops are situated.

The Group Companies would ensure that only authorized personnel(s) of the Data Processors can and will access the personal data you provide strictly on a "need-to-know" basis for the purposes described in this Statement. Without your prior consent, we will not disclose the personal data you provided for the above purposes through this Application or other means to any third parties or classes of entities which are not mentioned above (except for disclosure required by relevant laws or judicial authorities as outlined in our privacy policy).

5) Pursuant to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, Laws of Hong Kong, the "Ordinance"), you have the right to request access to and/or correction of the personal data you provide to the Group Companies. Please note that according to the Ordinance, the Group Companies have the right to charge you a reasonable fee when processing such data access request(s) from you. 6) If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of this Statement, the English version shall prevail.
